DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% of the balance will be required to secure the booking, this deposit is non-refundable but may be refunded if an equivalent replacement booking can be found.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The remainder of your hire payment is due 2 weeks* prior to pick up or delivery.
*For hire during peak periods or school holidays, if the balance is not received 2 weeks prior to pick up/delivery, the camper trailer will become available for hire by other customers.
PICK UP TIME
Pick up time is negotiable.
RETURN TIME
Return time is 3pm. A late fee $100 will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made.
SECURITY BOND
A security bond of $1000 is payable at the time of pick up and will be returned to you within 3 working days provided that all equipment is returned in good order and condition.
CLEANING FEE
There is an additional cleaning service charge of $100.
